You will need: Font of your choice Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Martin Abel License and Tubes available at Creative Design Outlet
Filters: AAA Frames/Foto Frame Eye Candy 6/Perspective Shadow Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow Mura's Meister/Copies Xenofex 2/Constellation Xero/Porcelain (optional)
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer (make sure it reaches top and bottom of canvas) Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line ... default settings Effects> Distortion Effects> Pixelate ... Block Height & Width both set to 6 Effects> Texture Effects> Mosaic-Antique ... with the following settings
Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas ... Image> Crop to Selection Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frame ... with the following settings
Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Change your Foreground and Background colors to 2 from your Tube Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color (this will be layer Bar1) Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color (this will be layer Bar2) Selections> Select None ... Adjust> Add/Remove Noise ... with the following settings
Activate the Bar1 layer ... Edit> Repeat Add Noise Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings
Activate the Bar2 layer Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... same settings but change color to Foreground color Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... change the Glow Radius to 3 and color to White Activate the Bar1 layer ... Edit> Repeat Gradient Glow ... Activate the Bar2 layer Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... 18 pixels Selections> Invert ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None Layers> New Raster Layer ... Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill with White Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling ... default settings but change Tile Gap to 3 Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Selections> Invert ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None Rename this layer Bling ... Duplicate this layer twice (for a total of 3)
Activate the Bling layer Effects> Xenofex 2> Constellation ... with the following settings
Activate the Copy of Bling layer ... Edit> Repeat Constellation. Hit the Random Seed button once Activate the Copy (2) Bling layer ... Edit> Repeat Constellation Hit the Random Seed button once ... Hide the top 2 Bling layers You might need to change the Brightness on these layers depending on background created by Tube
Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Position on either side of your canvas Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... White Effects> Eye Candy 6> Perspective Shadow ... Settings ... Drop ... Blurry Effects> Xero> Porcelain ... all Color Channels set to 0
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Foreground color Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... 6 pixels ... Edit> Clear Selections> Modify> Expand ... 2 pixels ... Selections> Invert Flood Fill Selection with your Background color Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand ... 2 pixels ... Selections> Invert Flood Fill Selection with Black Selections> Select None ... Adjust> Add/Remove Noise ... with the same settings as earlier
Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
