Filters: Mura's Meister/Copies AAA Frames/Foto Frame DSB Flux/Bright Noise Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow (optional) Eye Candy 6/Perspective Shadow (optional)
Ok let's begin Open a New image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall paper(rotate) ... default settings Repeat if necessary to cover your canvas
Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings
Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... Angle - 212 ... Strength 100% Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance More
Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas ... Image> Crop to Selection Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frame ... with the following settings
Rename this layer BG Selections> Select All ... Modify> Contract ... by 20 Selections> Promote Selection to Layer ... Rename this promoted layer FG Activate the BG layer ... Modify> Contract ... by 11 Selections> Promote Selection to Layer ... Selections> Select None ... Rename this promoted layer MG
Hide the FG layer and activate the MG layer Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings Left - 291 ... Top - 0 ...Right - 309 ... Bottom - 250
Flood Fill this Selection with any color ... Selections> Select None Image> Free Rotate ... with the following settings
Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ...*Line ... default settings Activate the MG layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat Activate the layer with lines on ... Selections> Invert Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None
Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat unHide and Activate the FG layer ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... Black Click on the Basic tab ... Change the Glow Radius to 3 and the Overall Opacity to 30
Delete the layer with lines on ... Layers> New Raster Layer Layers> Arrange> Bring to Top Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings Left - 31 ... Top - 94 ...Right - 569 ... Bottom - 156 Flood Fill this Selection with White ... Selections> Select None ... Lower the layers Opacity to 40%
Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... position on either side of your tag Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... White Click on the Basic tab ... Change the Glow Radius to 3
Apply a suitable drop shadow ... I used Effects> Eye Candy 6> Perspective Shadow ... Settings ... Drop ... Blurry Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube Selections> Select All ... Modify> Contract ... by 2
Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the same settings as earlier Add copyrights and your Name ... Activate the MG layer ... Edit> Copy
ANIMATING Open Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation Effects> Insert Image Effects
DELETE the first frame ... Edit> Select All ... Edit Copy Click once on the Last Frame (20) ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Animation> Reverse Frames
Return to PSP and activate the BG layer ... Edit> Copy Hold down CTRL and keep pressing L until you have the same amount of frames as your animation (should be 40)
Activate your animation ... Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy Activate your Tag ... Edit> Select All ...Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames Move into position and click once You can delete the animation only image now as you don't need it
Return to PSP and hide the BG and MG layers ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Edit> Paste> As New Animation Hold down CTRL and keep pressing L until you have the same amount of frames as your animation (should be 40) Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy Activate your Tag ... Edit> Select All ...Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames Move into position and click once
