Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill this Selection with Black Effects> Eye Candy 6: Textures> Swirl ... with the following settings
Selections> Select None Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow ... with the following settings
Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill this Selection with Black ... Selections> Select None Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom ... Image> Flip Layers> Duplicate ... Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... with the following settings
Layers> Duplicate ... Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... same settings as before Hide the Top Layer ... Layers> Merge> Merge Visible ... with 3 line layer active Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Flip ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Effects> Eye Candy 6: Textures> Swirl ... Hit the Random Seed button once Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow ... change the Glow Radius to 2 unhide the Top layer
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with Black Paste your Tube as a New Layer Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall paper(rotate) ... default settings Repeat if necessary to cover your canvas
Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings
Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas ... Image> Crop to Selection
Effects> DSB Flux> Bubbles ... with the following settings
Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance or Luminance(L) Layers> Marge> Merge Down ... Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom ... Activate the Lines layer Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... position on the left side of your canvas Apply a suitable Drop Shadow
Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Activate the Top layer ... Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 1 Selections> Select None Edit> Clear ... Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Add copyrights and your Name ... Activate the Bottom layer ... Edit> Copy
ANIMATING
Click on the Customize button
Change the first 4 waves to the following Wave 1: X -10 ... Y 17 Wave 2: X -28 ... Y -33 Wave 3: X 17 ... Y 17 Wave 4: X 0 ... Y 33
Set all other waves to X 0 ... Y 0 Click on OK then on OK again ... DELETE the last Frame This is your Animation
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged ... Go back to Animation Shop Hold down CTRL and keep pressing L until you have 20 frames Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy
Activate your Animation ... Edit> Select All Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames ... move into position and click once Animation> Frame Properties ... set to 6 And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
