You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Berenika

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Giada Calo

I purchased this Tube from Dreamscape Imaging which is now closed

You can now find Giada's Tubes at Digital Art Heaven

 

Filters:

Mura's Meister/Copies

Xenofex 2/Constellation

DSB Flux/Bubbles

Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow (optional)

 

 

 

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall paper(rotate) ... default settings

Repeat if necessary to cover your canvas

 

 

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas ... Image> Crop to Selection

Effects> DSB Flux> Bubbles ... with the following settings

 

 

Layers> New Raster layer ... Name this layer WS ... Selections> Select All ... Modify> Contract ... by 60

Flood Fill this Selection with White ... change this layers Opacity to 60%

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Name this layer Con

 

 

Selections>Modify> Expand ... by 12

Flood Fill this Selection with White ... Activate the WS layer

Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat ... Activate the Con layer ... Edit> Clear

Selections> Select None ... change this layers Opacity to 70%

 

 

Duplicate this layer twice ... Activate the Con layer

Effects> Xenofex 2> Constellation ... with the following settings

 

Activate the Copy of Con layer ... Edit> Repeat Constellation.

Hit the Random Seed button once

Activate the Copy (2) of Con layer ... Edit> Repeat Constellation

Hit the Random Seed button once ... Hide the top 2 Con layers

 

 

Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Layers>Arrange> Bring to Top

Position on either side of your tag ... Apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 2 ... Edit> Clear

Selections> Select None

 

 

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

 

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... White

Click on the Basic tab ... Change the Glow Radius to 2

Add copyrights and your Name

 

 

 

ANIMATING

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged ... Now open Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP hide the Con layer and unhide the Copy of Con layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP hide the Copy of Con layer and unhide the Copy (2) of Con layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
