Filters: DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Ok let's begin Open a New image 600x300 Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings Left - 200 ... Top - 0 ...Right - 202 ... Bottom - 300 Flood Fill this Selection with Black ... Selection> Select None
Image> Free Rotate ... Direction - Right ... Degrees - 20 ... Bottom boxes unchecked Image> Canvas Size ... with the following settings
Duplicate this layer twice move the lines so you end up with four even sized sections like so
Layers> Merge> Merge Visible
Layers> New Raster Layer .... name this layer bg1 Layers> Arrange> Move Down ... Duplicate this layer 3 time Activate the lines layer ... Select your Magic Wand tool ... with the following settings
Click in the space on the left side of your image Activate the bg1 layer ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 Flood Fill with light grey (I used #c0c0c0) ... Selections> Select None
Activate the lines layer ... with the Magic Wand tool click in the second space on your image Activate the Copy of bg1 layer ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 Flood Fill with light grey ... Selections> Select None
Activate the lines layer ... with the Magic Wand tool click in the third space on your image Activate the Copy (2) of bg1 layer ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 Flood Fill with light grey ... Selections> Select None
Activate the lines layer ... with the Magic Wand tool click in the last space on your image Activate the Copy (3) of bg1 layer ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 Flood Fill with light grey ... Selections> Select None
Activate the bg1 layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Layers> Arrange> Bring to Top ... Layers> Move Down Using the Move Tool position the Tube layer so what you want to keep is inside the selection ... with the Tube layer active ... Selections> Invert Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None
Activate the Copy of bg1 layer ... repeat steps above in red Activate the Copy (2) of bg1 layer ... repeat steps above in red Activate the Copy (3) of bg1 layer ... repeat steps above in red Play around with the Blend Modes of the Tube layers ... I set two to Luminance(L) and two to Burn I also dropped the Opacity to 80% on them all
Activate the Top layer Layers> New Raster Layer Activate the Freehand Selection tool ... with the following settings
Make a Selection like so
Flood Fill this Selection with White ... Selections> Select None Adjust> Blur> Blur ... Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Flip ... Image> Mirror Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... lower this layers Opacity ... 40% You may prefer these faded parts facing the opposite way around ... use Mirror to see which is better for your tag
Activate the lines layer Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... Intensity 43 - Direction Lighter
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Layers> Arrange> Bring to Top Flood Fill this layer with Black ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 2 Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... same settings as earlier
Add Copyrights and your Name And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag
