First time trying one of my Tutorials? Then please check my Terms of Use before you continue

You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called kslovers

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Danny Drake

Unfortunately he no longer sells his art in tube format

One of my Templates SpawnsFSTemplate100

Filters:

Eye Candy 6: Textures/Swirl

Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow

Eye Candy 6/Perspective Shadow

Xero/Porcelain (optional)

Ok let's begin

Open my Template ... Window> Duplicate ... Close Original ... Delete the Credits layer

Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Image> Mirror

Move this layer so it is above the LB layer ... Activate the LB layer ... Selections> Select All

Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Using the Move Tool position the Tube layer so what you want

to keep is inside the selection ... with the Tube layer active ... Selections> Invert

Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None ... change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance

and the layers Opacity to around 60

Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Move this layer so it is above the RB layer

Activate the RB layer ... Repeat the steps in red above

Apply the following to the LB, RB and Main Background layers

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise

Activate the MB layer ... Change your Foreground color to one from your Tube

Effects> Eye Candy 6: Textures> Swirl

Click on the Settings tab and then on the Painterly (needs source image) folder

Then click on Random Twists, Large so it is highlighted blue

Click on the Basic tab and under color source click Add Swirl to a Solid Color

and then change it to your Foreground Color ... Click the Random Seed button once

Activate the Outline layer

Adjust> Hue and Saturation> Colorize ... play around until you get a color you like

I used Adjust> Brightness and Contrast> Brightness and Contrast instead as I wanted mine Black

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... White

Click on the Basic tab and change the Glow Radius to 2

Activate the Border layer

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Flood Fill the Selection with the same color as your Outline layer

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... same settings as before

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... same settings as before

Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... set the Glow Radius to 4

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Perspective Shadow ... Settings ... Drop ... Blurry

Effects> Xero> Porcelain ... all Color Channels set to 0

Move this layer below the Border layer and move the Tube to a suitable position

Add Copyrights and your Name

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag
