First time trying one of my Tutorials? Then please check my Terms of Use before you continue You will need: Font of your choice - I used one called Haunted Eyes Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis License and Tubes now available at Creative Design Outlet
Filters: Mura's Meister/Copies DSB Flux/Bubbles AAA Frames/Foto Frame Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow (optional) Eye Candy 6/Perspective Shadow (optional)
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x600 Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill this Selection with White ... Selections> Select None
Layers> Duplicate Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... with the following settings
Layers> Merge> Merge Down Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill this Selection with White ... Selections> Select None Layers> Duplicate ... Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... same settings as before Layers> Merge> Merge Down Image> Free Rotate ... with the following settings
Image> Canvas Size ... with the following settings
Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... with the following settings
Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall paper(rotate) ... default settings Repeat if necessary to cover your canvas Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas ... Image> Crop to Selection
Adjust> Blur> Radial Blur ... with the following settings
Effects> DSB Flux> Bubbles ... with the following settings
Layers> Duplicate ... activate the Bottom layer Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frame ... with the following settings
Activate the Top layer ... change this layers Opacity to 50% Activate your Magic Wand Tool ... with the following settings
Click once on the left side of your canvas Activate the Middle layer ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None
Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Layers> Arrange> Move Down Position on the left side of your canvas Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... White Click on the Basic tab ... Change the Glow Radius to 2
Apply a suitable drop shadow ... I used Effects> Eye Candy 6> Perspective Shadow ... Settings ... Drop ... Blurry Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube Selections> Select All ... Modify> Contract ... by 1
Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Layers> Arrange> Bring to Top Add copyrights and your Name ... And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag
