You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Berenika

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Gaetano Di Falco

Unfortunately he no longer sells his art in tube format

Filters:

Mura's Meister/Copies

DSB Flux/Bright Noise

 

 

 

Ok let's begin

Open my Template ... Window> Duplicate ... Close Original ... Delete the Credits layer

Activate the Background layer ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube

Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line .. change the Number to one suitable

Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance or Luminance(L)

 

 

Activate the Main Dots layer ... change the layers Blend Mode to Soft Light

Activate the Bottom Grey layer ... Layers> Arrange> Move Up .. Edit> Repeat Move Layer Up

Activate the Top Grey Layer ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down

 

 

Activate the Bottom Black layer ... Layers> Arrange> Move Up

Activate the Top Black Layer ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down

 

 

Activate the Bottom Grey layer ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall paper(rotate) ... default settings

Repeat if necessary to cover your canvas

 

 

Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings

 

 

Edit> Repeat Motion Blur ... Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance More

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas ... Image> Crop to Selection

Activate the Bottom Grey Layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Selections> Invert ... Activate the Tube Blurred layer ... Edit> Clear

Selections> Select None

 

 

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... with the following settings

 

 

Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... position on either side of your tag

Apply a suitable Drop Shadow

 

 

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 2

Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

 

 

Add Copyrights and your Name

Activate the Bottom Black layer ... Duplicate twice

Activate the Bottom Black layer again

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings

 

 

Activate the Copy of Bottom Black layer

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Activate the Copy (2) of Bottom Black layer

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Hide to top 2 Bottom Black Layers

 

 

 

ANIMATING

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged ... Now open Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP hide the Bottom Black layer and unhide the Copy of Bottom Black layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP hide the Copy of Bottom Black and unhide the Copy (2) of Bottom Black layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
